Chardonnay
From vineyards in the Casablanca Valley, which are near to the Pacific Ocean, making the climate cool and ideal for the slow ripening of the grapes for this wine. Aged in French oak for 6 months.
Tasting notes
An intense, bright yellow colour with a fruity aroma, like peaches, accompanied by notes of dried fruit and light floral notes.
Pairings
Pair with prawns, salmon, crab and/or Parmesan cheese.
