Merlot
Made with grapes from vineyards in Rapel that have mainly clay soils. The wine is aged in French oak for 10 months.
Tasting notes
Cherry-red in color with violet hues and complex aromas predominated by red fruit such as berries, along with spicy hints likes black pepper, as well as notes that reveal the oak-ageing.
Pairings
Ideal with red meat, chicken, ravioli and soft cheese.
