Sauvignon blanc
Harvested at night when the low temperatures help maintain the quality and freshness of the fruit. In addition, the wine was aged over its fine lees for 3 months to increase the complexity and richness of the wine in the mouth.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow in colour with greenish hues and a fresh aroma with citrus notes like orange zest, white flowers like orange blossom and some tropical hints of passionfruit.
Pairings
Ideal for appetizers, salads, fish and seafood.
