White Wine
A delicious, easy-drinking wine from our vineyards in the Central Valley. Composed mainly of Sauvignon blanc and Chardonnay.
Tasting notes
Straw-coloured with aromas of fresh fruit, particularly citrus notes, with tropical aromas of pineapple coming through later. A fresh wine with good intensity.
Pairings
Perfect with vegetable dishes, seafood, pasta, and curries. Also pairs with a wide variety of sauces: spicy, tomato, olive oil-based, and more.
