Cabernet Sauvignon
From vineyards in two different parts of Chile's Central Valley. The grapes from Isla de Maipo stand out for their ripeness and structure, while those from Pencahue bring fresh notes and balanced sweetness.
Tasting notes
Bright red colour with violet hues. Highly aromatic and fresh on the nose with upfront notes of red fruit like raspberries and cherries, soft notes of mocha and caramel, and hints of smoke contributed by the oak.
Pairings
For all types of red meat, mushroom risotto and pasta dishes.
