Carmenère
From vineyards in three distinct locations. The grapes from Isla de Maipo give a pyrazinic profile, those from Santa Cruz (Colchagua Valley) have a riper profile, and, finally, the grapes from Pencahue have sweet, ripe notes.
Tasting notes
Bright, cherry-red in colour with violet hues. The aroma reveals red and dark fruit and the classic, spicy notes of this variety.
Pairings
Ideal for all types of red meat, lamb, pork and duck.
