Sauvignon blanc
A blend from several vineyards in three different valleys; Maipo, Curicó and Maule. The grapes are harvested at night to protect their freshness and aroma.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with greenish hues. On the nose, this wine is very fresh and intense with notes of citrus fruit, grapefruit and pineapple.
Pairings
Drink with appetizers like soft cheese, oysters, lean fish, and ceviche. Great with green leafy salads.
