Cabernet Sauvignon
Made with grapes from our vineyards in Molina and Pencahue, areas with a wide temperature range, which results in perfect grape-ripening. These wines are of very good colour and are smooth on the palate.
Tasting notes
This is a dark ruby-coloured and intense Cabernet with prominent notes of berries, cherries and cassis that mix perfectly with soft hints of vanilla and chocolate.
Pairings
Pairs perfectly with red meat, lamb, duck and game, as well as cheese.
