Carmenère
Made with grapes grown in vineyards in Molina in the Central Valley , where the wide temperature range favours the creation of wines with good colour that are smooth on the palate.
Tasting notes
Intense purple colour with bluish hues. The aroma is a delicious mixture of fresh, ripe fruit like blackberries and cassis, along with pronounced spicy aromas that blend perfectly with notes of tobacco and hints of vanilla.
Pairings
Pair it with spicy cuisine like Mexican, Chinese or Thai. It also pairs well with pork, duck, game and cheese.
