Red Blend
75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah and 10% Mission. Made with grapes grown in vineyards in Molina in Chile's 7th region, where the wide temperature range favours perfect phenolic ripeness and results in deep-coloured wines that are smooth on the palate.
Tasting notes
Red with violet hues and fruity aromas like raspberries and strawberries, along with vanilla.
Pairings
Perfect with spicy cuisine such as Mexican, Chinese and Thai. Also with pork, duck, game and cheese.
