Sauvignon blanc
Grapes from those of our Central Valley vineyards that are nearest to the Andes Mountains, where low temperatures during the ripening period enable us to craft very aromatic wines with tropical character.
Tasting notes
Sauvignon blanc of a clear, pale yellow colour and greenish hues. An intense wine with characteristic varietal notes of tropical fruit like grapefruit, pineapple and mango, along with soft herbal aromas.
Pairings
Perfect with vegetable dishes, seafood, pasta and curry dishes. Also pairs with a wide variety of sauces, including spicy, tomato, and olive oil-based sauces.
