Pairings
Prepare a Moscowine: Chill a Moscow Mule mug and fill it ¾ with ice. Add 100ml of Santa Helena Sweet White, 30ml of vodka, and 10ml of ginger syrup, then top with lime-lemon soda. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon and ginger zest.
