Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot
Made with grapes from our vineyards in Molina and Pencahue, areas with a wide temperature range, which results in perfect grape-ripening. These wines are of very good colour and are smooth on the palate.
Tasting notes
An intense ruby-coloured wine with violet hues and a fresh aroma dominated by notes of red fruit like raspberries, and black fruit like blackberries and fresh plums. These notes combine well with soft aromas of vanilla and chocolate contributed by the oak.
Pairings
Perfect with red meat, lamb, duck and game. This wine also goes well with pasta and cheese.
