Chardonnay
Made from grapes from the Maule Valley, which are harvested at night, when temperatures are low to preserve their character, aroma and quality.
Tasting notes
A transparent, golden-coloured Chardonnay with an intense aroma. It has tropical character with notes like peach and pineapple and soft hints of banana that harmonize perfectly with the sweet notes of vanilla.
Pairings
Pairs perfectly with chicken, game, pork and beef. It also pairs well with pasta dishes.
