Merlot
Made with grapes from our vineyards in Molina and Pencahue, areas with a wide temperature range, which results in perfect grape-ripening. These wines are of very good colour and are smooth on the palate.
Tasting notes
Ruby-coloured with purple hues. This is an intense yet fresh Merlot with aromas of blackberries and plums intermingled with subtle spicy notes against a background of sweet vanilla.
Pairings
Enjoy it with red meat, lamb, pork and duck. It is also delicious with dough-based dishes like pasta and pizza.
