Service Order

Logic states that white wines should be drank before red wines, young wines before older vintages, lighter wines before more full-bodied wines, dry wines before sweeter ones, and the finest wines are always saved until last. It also depends on the dishes which will accompany the wine, for example:

  • For white wines, since they are fresh, easy to drink and less heavy on the palate, we recommend pairing with aperitif or entrées.
  • Lastly, red wines can accompany all kinds of main courses, with an aim to order them according to intensity level (Pinot Noir, Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot).
